Stephen Deaton is the Co-founder of Deaton McCue and Company and the Chief Financial Officer of the firm. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He began his real estate career in Wilmington Delaware specializing in office leasing, investment sales, and general commercial brokerage. As a result of 25 years of experience primarily focused in office leasing, Steve has very extensive market knowledge and expertise. Steve also directs the asset management division of Deaton McCue and Company. His knowledge of building systems and accounting practices has helped the company become an area leader in third party asset management
services.
