Sean McCue, President and co-founder of Deaton McCue and Company, a native Delawarean received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Delaware in 1978. First licensed in 1981, he is the broker of record for the firm, and is licensed in five states. Sean has specialized in retail leasing and general commercial brokerage over the past 26 years. He has completed over 500 lease and sales transactions bringing a broad range of market knowledge and expertise to each transaction. Sean has completed transactions with Acme, Shop Rite, Home Depot, K-Mart, Staples, Happy Harry’s, Fashion Bug, McDonalds, and KFC. He has remained an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of The Commercial and Industrial Realty Council (CIRC). |
